Tasting Notes
Thistle & Weed 'In Pieces' Chenin Blanc 2023 features a medium straw-yellow appearance with aromas of lemon, orange, and clove, transitioning to a fruity palate led by pineapple and mango.Production Notes
The grapes were brought into the cellar and whole-bunch pressed immediately into old French oak (fourth fill and older). Fermentation occurred spontaneously, after which the wines remained in the barrels for 9 months of aging. At this point the wine was racked off the lees, and the wine was bottled with a sulfur addition. No fining or filtering.Other Notes
