This off-dry Riesling displays expressive aromas of stone fruit, pear, guava and citrus blossom. The palate is fresh and complex with crisp green apple, lime zest and a touch of honeydew. Luscious and textured mouth feel draws out to a rich, zesty finish.
Production Notes
he grapes were Whole-cluster pressed and cold fermented between 48-56˚C in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright fruit character. We aged the wine in a combination of stainless steel and French Oak barrels with a period of 4 months sur-lee aging giving the wine a creamy mouth-feel.
